Parcel ship from Selangor and it depends on the courier. Normally it will takes 2-4 working days to West Msia, 4-7 working days to East Msia if they're not delayed.Shipping days are counted by the weekdays, Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

For all orders from West and East Msia, We will use Gdex Express, Citylink, Ninjavan or Pos Laju as our default courier. As your order ships, we will send you email providing the shipment tracking numbers.  Please note that tracking detail may not be active immediately with the courier. In that case, check back in several hours or the following day.

Request to change delivery address 

You can change your address after placing an order within 24 hours. Please kindly inform through email (hello_plain@hotmail.com) or Instagram to DM us.
