• Please check the measurement first before you place order. We do not accept exchange or refund if the product is purchased in the wrong size, color or doesn’t fit.

• We will need 3-12 working days (Sunday and public holidays (Selangor) are not included) to process your order because each piece is made to order.

• NO RUSH ORDER. We don't accept rush orders to maintain high-quality service and product delivery. If you are not willing to wait, please kindly do not place your order.

• We strive to fill all orders within our stated lead times, but these can extend at anytime due to volume of orders especially during peak seasons. We will inform you if your order is extended.

• We'll keep you updated during the process of your order.

• As your order ships, we will send you email providing the shipment tracking numbers.

Fulfillment Calculation for orders

• If you place your order before midday (6pm), it will count as Day 1.

• For order placed after 6pm, the next working day is considered as Day 1.

• For weekend and public holiday orders, the next working day is considered as Day 1.

We do recommend avoiding the washing machine and spot cleaning with water when needed.
